All products are shipped within 2-6 business days after your order is placed. Your tracking information will be sent to you via email you provided during check out once your items are shipped (please be sure you put the correct email address). ALL ORDERS MUST BE SIGNED FOR UPON DELIVERY!

Insurance is included in shipping cost so should you experience any shipping issues, please contact USPS and provide your tracking number and let them know your package is insured. 

All Body Care Products are shipped frozen and mailed in insulated mailers and MUST BE SIGNED FOR UPON DELIVERY- this is to ensure your order is not sitting outside in the heat and is indeed, delivered to the intended party.
